Cadence's Sprite Contests - Open!

Welcome to Cadence's Sprite Contests (or CSC for short). I'll be making some contests from time to time, with prizes of course.


Rules
*Follow the Pokemon Lapis rules.*
*Use the form when you are entering.*
*Please make the art yourself, don't steal art (don't use art that was made by someone else, even if you have permission to use it).*
Prizes can change, so don't complain about it.
You can enter as much art as you want.
*If you enter, you are giving me permission to use your art, even if you don't win.*
Have fun and don't ruin your life with this contest.

*If you are using a base, it must be unrecognizable. I would prefer for you to scratch the parts of a pokemon, but it is not required. If you are using parts from a pokemon, make sure you cannot recognize what pokemon it comes from.*

Contest number 1. Custom Eevee Evolution (Eeveelution)
This contest is for making/spriting a custom Eevee evolution of a chosen type. This is where the last rule is most wanted.
The chosen type is: Flying
Must include: wings and a tail
Prize : 15,000 gems AND a spot on my private Eevee, Vulpix or Lapras scour (or hunt or whatever it's called).
Ending date : Undecided

Contest number 2. New Pokemon
This contest is for making a new pokemon that does not yet exist. The reason for this contest is that I would like a new pokesona, so I guess this is more of a serious contest.
Must include: Well, it has to be cute, but other then that, feel free to go crazy on this contest.
Prize: Non-legendary scour of your choice AND 10,000 gems.
Ending date: Undecided but probably some time around the end of the month.

Description: This Rare Eeveevolution, can only be possible when you give a Happy Eevee a Shiny Stone,
Once evolved thier Airborne Skills Raise up! They mostly appear in Contests.
Extra comments/questions: I used 2 other pokemon to form its tail and Wings.
